-Free shipping for bicycles to the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, PO BOXES, or other U.S. territories) and Canada.
- Free shipping for accessories on orders over $69. (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories) and Canada. If the order total does not exceed $69, a $10 shipping fee will be applied on our shopping website.
- All shipments require a signature for delivery, so you can rest assured that your package will be delivered safely and not lost in transit.

International Orders
- We currently do not offer international shipping, but we are willing to accommodate your request if you would like to place an order from outside the United States.
Order Changes and Cancellation
- Before shipping, you can cancel your order or change the shipping address or model for free. Cancel order will need to pay a 5% credit card processing fee.
- After shipping, if you wish to cancel your order for any shipped item (you have received a tracking number), you will need to pay a 5% credit card processing fee, an additional $250 restocking fee and shipping fee.
- Orders cannot be changed once they have been placed.
Refusal of Shipment and Returns
- If you refuse delivery of a shipped item and it is returned to us by the third-party shipping service, we reserve the right to charge a $250 restocking fee, re-shipping fee and 5% credit card processing fee per electric bicycle.
- If you do not wish to receive a re-shipment, we will consider it a request for a refund and will charge a $250 restocking fee, shipping fee and a 5% credit card processing fee.
Taxes
- We do not charge sales tax to our customers.
