At Vetanya, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with your purchase of a bicycle or accessories from us. We offer a return and refund policy that allows you to return the product within 14 days of receiving(and the first 10 miles of riding). it if you are not happy with your purchase. To initiate a return, please submit a return request to support@vetanya.com and wait for approval before returning the product. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 13400 Nelson Ave, City of Industry, CA 91746. Please note that the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Shipping Policy:
Our bicycles typically ship on the next business day. If the bicycle has already shipped, any shipping changes will incur a $250.00 restocking fee. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Non-refundable Items:
Non-refundable items include replacement parts, all accessories, special orders, used items (except for extreme cases of breakage/failure), gift cards, and freebie orders.
Return Process:
Once the product has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process the refund within 2 days. To initiate a return, please submit a return request and wait for approval before returning the product. Please note that the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
