Alligator High Step E-Bike

Bike is good but I find it uncomfortable to ride. I ordered it with bigger seat and different seat post. Still waiting.

Bike was delivered within a week ,customer service was prompt, I do feed the manual could be more descriptive about functions and settings. Overall very satisfied

Its is everything as advertised and more! Fun to ride and go off road. I road the 46 mile Tour de Steamboat and had plenty of battery to spare. Customer Service and quick shipping! This is a great product and responsive customer service!

Great bike, crappy instruction booklet, almost useless. One thing I don't like is how the PAS lunches you forward like a rocket. You to watch where you start pedaling. Don't do it while turning. They could also make it so PAS is off but still get some motor power

My old e-bike with the 300 watt motor never really enjoyed my 210 lb body. My 140 lb wife would grin while flying by me on neighborhood hills. With my new Alligator e-bike I feel like a lightweight and no hills can slow me down . My first 2 days of riding I did 52 miles. I’m 68 years old and am looking into much longer trips. Easy assembly. The bike is big with 4” tires which is new to me. It takes a little time on different terrains to get fully comfortable so I’m still in that process. So far I highly recommend this bike at this price point.

It is a great bike! Been enjoying it! I would give it 5 stars if it had been delivered sooner. But it turned out to be worth the wait! A big thank you to the customer service team!

My first experience with an Ebike. I'm in decent shape at 62 y.o standing 6 ft and weighing 200 lbs. I have owned road bikes, mountain bikes and beach cruisers in my lifetime. My initial impression of the Vetanya Alligator is that it's quite a remarkable bike. He's a hefty beast, yet elegant and well balanced. Assembly was easy, straightforward and took me about an hour. I went slowly, to ensure everything was adjusted and tightened correctly. This Ebike is exactly as described, performs as expected and is a sheer delight to ride. I charged the battery to 100% before testing out the bike.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this bike. It is a blast to ride.

I did have an issue early on where the speed dropped dramatically. I reached out to the company and they replied with a few options to help me solve the problem. It was a very quick sensor fix that I, new to the ebike world, would not have known about or known how to fix. It literally took 15 seconds (holding the rear break down while you turn it on and count to 15) to return it back to it's normal speed.

Consider which bike you want to ride too. I bought the high bar, feeling like it was more reminiscent of the bikes I road as a kid, without considering throwing my leg over a kind of tall bike to get on it (keep in mind that if you plan to actually peddle the bike, the seat will have to be high enough to comfortably do so, adding even more hight to get your leg over). If you have any sort of limitations in flexibility, or have shorter legs (I am about 6' and the bar just makes contact with my groin when I have both feet on the ground) then the step through model is probably the way to go.

Overall, I am very happy with the Alligator and would (and have) absolutely recommend it. It feels sturdy too. I have yet to get the slightest hint of any weakness in the frame. I'm a big guy and I carry an extra 50ish pounds in a backpack to and from work and have never felt like the bike was taking any sort of damage or wear and tear at all. Very solid.

I had no problem putting it together and riding it has been enjoyable. It is heavy but handles very well. I have ridden bicycles most of my life so finding the right gears etc is easy and the bike performs very well.

I order this High bar Alligator on a Thursday and it is at My front door on Sunday. Thats a surprise. I ordered the trailer hitch bike rack with that package it arrives on Sunday also. WOW. It took about an hour to assemble and tighten up a couple of things. Ready to go! I've had it for a week and put on a100 miles on it. I have ordered some extra things for touring, 3 days later it's at my door. The response and service has been excellent. If you get Tina on the line she is great and gets it done. Couldn't think of a better Title. I send them pictures of my adventures its cool. ENJOY
